5 out of 9 jiffy lubes are screwing people over. dealers are samething also. my friend used to work for honda as a tech and they would use generic oils instead of honda oils for any oil changes. i can't even remember the last time i took my car in for service at any dealers.

its easy to say that mechanics at most can only be trusted to an extent.
