Now for the pro-hormone, steriod users, that is a different story. Compare it to people who tan in the real sun and the people who fake bake. Fake bake tans will fade really fast, where as real tans stay for a while. Same with natural gains vs steriod/pro-hormones. Naturally gained muscle will stay longer. I always laugh at the people who take that stuff and blow up like a balloon in a year. Have fun when you stop using it and it all turns to fat! hahaa.
Ok I'm done!

Anyway back to the OP forearms could use some work, traps and always legs. legs are a must.
It's probably just the way he's posing in the pictures then.
I was told by a guy that works at GNC that Optimum and the GNC brand are basically the exact same product just different labeling. I dunno how much truth is behind that but I'll probably give the 100% whey a shot as my next supplement. Now I just gotta work on that sleeping problem I have...

steroid gains only turn to fat if you cycle off incorrectly. Alot of the cons are just worst case scenarios and its dumb ass people who just take the stuff and then stop.

Muscle does not turn into fat period . I was using steroids and didnt have a chance to cycle off correctly due to a bad injury not related to weight lifting . It took 1 1/2 months of not being able to lift anything before my size started to go away. Now all my friends that cycle off correctly lose the water weight but retain all muscle mass. Which will make you look a tad smaller but in reality you are not.
I would work on the tan. It will make you look more defined.
I personally have seen better gains from upping my protein rather than my calories. I started at 118 in college and got up to 185 after 3 years. I powerlifted instead of body building though (still was 7% bf).
Dead lifts will help on total body development. Of course I like max weight lifts for size development. Our philosphy was if you get stronger you have to get bigger sooner or later.
Looks like you are doing pretty well already
Just keep at it!

I'm not trying to hate. If you can lift all the weights in the gym, more power to you. I'm just trying to stress the point that your body will degenerate at some point later in life. Just using Arnold, the king of body builder to prove a point. But again who am I to judge what you're doing to your body. Sorry, didn't mean to offend you in any way. BTW, I've seen people working out wearing scrubs ???
