Default Any chef's/hotel workers here

I'm from the uk and a bit fed up of this shitty weather all the time.
Looking to do some travel and work to fund this.
I'm looking for a chef's job, Chef de partie position ideally, with live in, in a decent hotel.

I'm not really sure where to start, every google search fails me.

I'm currently a sous chef in an 80 room hotel.
I've worked michelin star and not affraid of hard work. I've worked at the Fat Duck too (this was only for a month and for free)

If anyone can help or guide me that would be much appreciated.

Cheers

try craigslist, ihirechefs, or the like and you should find something to do. not alot of big banquet houses though so change the "partie" and go with something more broad.

Make a resume; google "hotels in Miami"; they all have HR dept's or hiring managers; e-mail resume; profit?

Google search isn't failing you btw.
