Default Any musicians out there?

I was curious if anyone plays professionally or just bangs around on something. I've been playing guitar since I was nine. No real money made yet, but I do enjoy it.

I'm an amateur guitar player, but my brother-in-law is/was a pro bass player. I've met some interesting people through him.

Former musician here. Still write/record in my little digital studio, but cut the hair a loooong time ago. For pics of my 80's glory days, visit my website There are a couple of "Bon Jovi-ish" pics there at the bottom of the photos section

I've played in a handful of bands over the past 10 years. Cut full length albums and several EP's. I've toured all over the Mid Eastern USA. Opening for bands such a SuperchicK, Matthew (formerly Seven Day Jesus), Gloria Gainer (I know that's pretty random). I'm currently playing here and there on the side. I occasionally play with Brian St. Andre' (independent | http://www.independentbands.com/cd/brianst...everything.html | http://www.brianstandre.com).

Been playing in bands all my life. Still holding onto the dream even though I compromised and got a "real" job. Main instrument is guitar, also play bass and drums. I record in my home studio in palm springs and am currently looking to form a new band. Check out my last band on garageband.com, bands name is Deluxe Usa from Philadelphia.

Don't know if this counts, but this girl I was dating was pretty good with my Organ. Hahah, damn you guys are talented, I always wanted to pursue guitar playing, but opted for sports and other activities.

I play guitar, have been playing for more than half my life. I don't have time for a band currently, but I do record stuff at home in my ProTools studio.

This belongs in OT, though. Moving it there now.
