theres no reason to get jealous over a scratched up $500 20 year old rolex. you thought you could pretend to be a baller. youre just pissed someone actually knew what they were talking about and called you out hard.

also your car pick was taken by a 200 dollar olympus camera according to the digital properties...you are a TRUE balla! haha
The pic was taken by a 5 meg. pixel camera. I reduced the size for s2ki. Shows how much you know about the subject. The Air King is a lot older than 2 years.

Im done here. Mods, close this thread.

You know, this is the thing I don't get...

SOMEWHERE on earth, someone has a watch collection that includes everything he claimed to own. Is there some reason you guys think such a person couldn't be a member of s2ki?

Just because someone doesn't have immediate access to said item and a camera doesn't mean they don't own it. My safe is staying at my parents place as long as they own it... much easier than hauling it around apartment to apartment.

I'm not saying he does own the watches, I'm just saying nobody has given any proof he doesn't. Do you really expect him to wear a $300k watch around, or leave it in his dresser drawer?

No reason to call BS on him. It sounds more like some people don't want him to own the watches because they would be jealous.

resizing a photo wont change the STAMPED properites...

like i said...there are 10-15 in the US and all were pre-sold.

it'd be like saying you got the golden ticket in your wonka bar but have no proof or saying your s2k put down 1500rwhp and didnt have a dyno sheet. wasnt hating...just want proof.

but, then again you guys could be right. my parents have a couple new learjets and i dont have pics of them...

its "don't hate, appreciate"

i used to be very interested in watches and all those finer things in life, now it's sort of beyond me.

i wear my daytona to work and i wash dirty dishes, peel onions and general kitchen type stuff with it on. if i don't wear it, then what's the use of buying it? to look at?

LOL at people who collect things anymore, in the end, you end up with a bunch of stuff that won't do you any good when your dead (maybe your family will sell it, or keep it to remember you by).yippee, your still dead.

anyway......

That's why my fortune (for what it is ) is in music, instruments, and Wonka bars (the Wonkas are for me).

Trying to bring this back on topic...any suggestions on an on-line store (or NY Metro store) that sell U.S. warranteed or grey-market watches (looking under $500). I've seen a few Tissot that I like, but am not really interested in paying MSRP.

Thanks in advance.
