My Collection:

Rolex Submariner
Rolex Air King
Rolex Daytona (stainless)
Breitling Emergency
Omega Seamaster
Omega Speedmaster (moon watch)
Jaeger Le Coultre Reverso (stainless)
Girrard Perrigaux Ferrari
Breitling Navitimer
Breitling Blue Angels
My pride and joy....Ulysse Nardin Royal Blue Tourbillon (only the real watch guys know what this is)

The above collection costs about triple my s2000...

(In case you are wondering....I love watches. I spend a LOT of my money on them, and the funny thing is, most of the watches above go up in value more per year than a "good" stock investment.)

i call MAJOR BS on your post. you posted over half a million dollars in watches

i go to the basel faire just about every year, and i know the nardin is WELL over 250k alone and since it was nardins special edition it will not sell at discount, but im guessing you'll say you own wempe in manhattan

How much is the Franck watch above and where does one buy a watch like that?

The only watch I own is the new one I recently bought: Omega Speedmaster 3753.50 which is the one with the sapphire front and back window with the Lemania movement (NASA; moonwatch). I absolutely love it!

Love learning more about watches!

im sure NFRs2000NYC has a few...lol

but the muller 3-axis sold for about 750-800k retail
not sure if demand has pushed the price up, but the lange & sohn tourbilion
went up 25% in a year. so, if the same holds true for the muller, itd
be worth about a cool tourmillion

I plan on getting more into collecting in the future... but stuff is expensive when you're young!

I'm almost embarrassed to post pictures after some of the other watches here.

Tiffany was a gift, so I don't know much about it. The Seiko was actually purchased in the Ginza district of Japan. My daily beater (not pictured) is a simple Kenneth Cole with a black leather band.

First of all, you dont know anything about me, so you are a tool for saying that. Second of all, They are not even close to being 500K in price. Next, My family is PERSONALLY good friends with....

Rolex President of North America
Rolex New Parts Department head
Rolex Used parts department head

Oh, and my mom (until last year) was Ulysse Nardin's lawyer (her firm)

So now...lets look at what I PAID for these watches....

Submariner $1100 brand new from rolex (rolex employees get quite a bit off)
Rolex Air King $1700 (hard to find and wasnt made anymore, so had to go elsewhere)
Rolex Daytona $4700 brand new from Rolex
Breitling Emergency $GIFT
Omega Seamaster $GIFT
Omega Speedmaster $950 (employee discount when I worked in the biz)
Jaeger Reverso $1900 (discount when I worked in the biz)
Girrard Ferrari $2100 (discount when I worked in the biz)
Breitling Navitimer $1800 (discount when I worked in the biz)
Breitling Blue Angels $GIFT
Ulysse Nardin $UNDER 100,000 with bonus offer to my mom's firm.

So, I dont know where you get your prices from, or what you think you know about watches, but seems to me you should stop shopping retail.
Can your family adopt me? No really... please?
