Just wondering, Anybody doing Vineman on Aug 2nd? I am going to CA to do this race, its going to be my first Ironman.

tt bike: Argon 18 Mercury *minus the zipp wheels =(*

My two bikes are listed below in my SIG. Right now I only ride the Orbea. My dad isn't a big biking guy but likes to ride, so he uses the TREK.

Riding is just an addicting thing. While on this topic... does anyone have any specific training routines that they use on a weekly basis?
