Called a few hours ago, they were no help. They basically told me to wait it out and there was nothing they could do.

I got my 3Gs delivered on Friday also & set it up on Friday night. The setup process told me that it could take up to 48 hours to activate. My 3G deactivated later that evening, but by Saturday morning, the new phone still did not activate. I did a hard reset on the new phone and when it restarted, it activated within a few seconds.

Hope this works for you too.

I ended up calling them again yesterday and complained. They were able to manually activate it for me. I think it was worth the wait, I'm pretty happy.
