Ug, most of that stuff is simple carbs and garbage. Up your protein to 2-3grams per lb. you weigh. So eat meat - lean red, pork, ham, chicken, turkey

Rule of thumb, whatever amount you want to weigh, you need to take in 1 gram of protein. Example you want to be 200 pounds, take in 200 grams of protein. Another tip, eat all day instead of 3 big meals, your body will be able to absorb oll of the good things in the food, Complex carbs, and protein, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. If you eat a big meal, your body does not have time to absorb oll of the good things, and it will waste it.

To gain mass/muscle no matter HOW fast your metabolic is actually very..VERY simple. It requires one thing thouh...DISCIPLINE DISCIPLINE DISCIPLINE!

Eat at least 5-6 meals throughout day. Work out 2 days on 2 days off. Use free wieghts and follow the pyramid system. Get at least 8 hours a sleep a night. Intake of roughly 1.5 grams of protein * your body weight daily. Avoid heavy carbs before going to sleep.

Best weight gain by far is NLarge (ProLab)

Peace!
