even if you're eating the same amount of food, ur just not eating carbs.. it's still unhealthy..

but good luck with that

and dont get carried away! the guy i know.. seriously he looks like a freak now... he's skinnier than my 100-pound skrawny ass.

Here is what I eat. You have to watch out for too much carbs as well as too much as well as too much sodium. Sugar, depending on the form causes an insulin spike. If your body doesn't need the insulin right away it gets shuttled off as fat and of course we all know sodium makes you retain water giving you a more bloated look.

Protein:
-Tuna, I drain the water then rinse it out several times with clean water
-Lean chicken
-Protein shakes
-Sometimes beef, once in a while

Carbs:
-Veggies, not carrots, mostly brocolli and celery and spinach
-Lima beans
-Lentils
-100% Whole oats
-Brown Rice

Fats:
-Flax Seed Oil
-Natural PB
-Salmon Oil

Yes it is possible to lose weight and look decent. But to have a defined body, you either have to diet right, have great genetics, or be a 110lb twig.
