Thanks.The best I could have done would have been to at least park the stook pointing the same direction as the Blackbird...then it woulda looked like we were racin'!
Oh, man, you guys are awesome!!! I've been in love with the Blackbird for so long before I even had a 'net connection it never even occurred to me to find pics or videos online!
As far as appeal of bombers, I always liked the B1. Gotta give the functional nod to the B52 and B2, of course.

You guys should definitely go read The Skunk Works by Ben Richardson (I think). He took over operation of the Skunk Works after Kelly Johnson. In the book, he describes the design and production of such revolutionary planes as the F-117 Nighthawk, U-2, SR-71, and others. It's a fascinating read from the perspective of someone who actually was involved in all those planes.
