My only cure was to sleep it of also. Water and everything else doesn't really help, once you have the hangover. I find it really hard to to the hair of the dog thing. Just not in any mood at all to go near alcohol.

 

I agree.. if you can choke down a beer, you will be amazed at how that headache goes away.

 

I just take to Advil (ibuprofen) prior to going to sleep and feel fine in the AM. It helps prevent the blood vessels from constricting and causing the "morning after" feel.
