I'm no music guru, but I don't think you can call any band overrated when their music still resonates even with some of today's generation pretty much 40 years after the band disbanded.

Obviously not everyone is going to be a fan, but just because some folks don't like them doesn't make them overrated.

Rubber Soul is an awesome album

other than that, keep things in perspective. they did some amazing things for the time, and inspired countless musicians.
