could severe headaches i've gotten while working out and a couple times during sexual activity have anything to do with this? like i'm talking worst headache i've ever gotten. thunder clapping all over my entire head pounding pain that lasts anywhere from 5-20 minutes with no signs of it coming, but only under physical activity or physical stress. as soon as i stop it goes away.

the thunder clap's aren't related to your bell's, your viral infection is more likely related.

Do you get cold sores? This is one of the most common causes of Bell's Palsy. When the cold sore virus does not return to the same area of the lip and the virus stays below the surface, it can spread across the cheek and effect nerves in the face. When this happens, instead of a normal cold sore breakout...you can get Bell's Palsy.

This is when it can occur. The virus stays below surface for a long time and then it never comes above. Ask your doctor about it. They will concur.

There is medication they can give you to treat the virus and keep it from spreading. The longer it attacks your nerves cells, it could create permanant palsy. Which is never good. It can effect your vision, your smile and breathing.
