I enjoy the creamed corn at lawrys more than the meat.

Richard, why can't you eat beef?

love the way my mom makes it. she usually puts in on the grill for a bit of time, then wraps it up in aluminum and puts it in the oven for like an hour or so. the meat literally falls off the bone

it's a difficult thing to explain, but it's sort of a mix of religion & superstition...i typically tell people i'm allergic to beef - easier to explain, but after 4 years of no beef, i think i'll get sick if i do eat beef.

but i do feel a lot better eating more white meat & fish

The best prime rib I ever had was this last thanksgiving. My sister usually makes a turkey and stuff but we were tired of having turkey so I made Prime Rib, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, rum buttered sweet potatos, and roasted almond green beans. But my prime rib came out so juicy and tender, it was by far the best prime rib I had ever made.

Hell yeah. They ROCK. Also BLT Prime in the city is rockin.

Still though, Lewnes in Annapolis believe it or not takes the cake for me.

Also, I call on the home grillers. Unless you understand how to properly age your beef or have a butcher who sells it aged like the famous chophouses, I can't believe your store bought cut will compare to a top tier chophouse.
