I don't really like prime rib, maybe I am from mars or something. Too much fat. I end on cutting off all the fat and get a coulpe nice morsels but too much work.

I prefer beef tenderloins. Same flavor, same tenderness, far less fat. And I know how to do them PERFECTLY.

^^^Prime Rib methadone.
Ever notice at quiznos how they dip the beef in some kind of hot water bath before slapping it on the bread (which makes it soggy obviously)? What the heck is that about?

THREADJACK!

I don't go to Quizno's all that often (they haven't achieved perfect market saturation out here); but I suspect it's some lame Au Jus or brine water they dip it in. Just my educated guess.

Where did you have the best prime rib of your life? I'm talking about succulent, juicy medium rare prime rib, with super fresh & spicy horse radish. The meat should almost melt in your mouth as you close your lips over your fork...

Funny enough, the best prime rib I've ever had wasn't at Lawry's (not even with Michael Chang and his new gf sitting next to us), it was at The Magic Castle.

I can't eat beef anymore but I'd like to hear where you had your best prime ribs ever.
This Magic Castle? http://www.magiccastle.com/about/index.cfm

That's the one. We saw Bill Campbell (magician) perform there, then we all had lunch. It's good food.

I've not been there. . . but it does come reccommended, not so much for the quality (it is good, just not ne plus ultra), but you will leave sick-you're-so-full.
