Best restaurant in your area
Well, after reading the Chicago 7 topic, I decided that we need a full bore, all the way, pure topic about the best restaurant in your area, so here's how to fill in the topic:
Location: (area, city, suburb, as many details as you like, maybe even give the street address of the restaurant so others can eat there and back up your claim)
Why it's the best: (foodwise, servicewise, etc. BTW, these aren't fast food places... we're talking places that actually COOK your food, like Lombardo's in New York, instead of flash-microwaving it)

Location: 16th Ave, Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Name of Restaurant: Ristorante Ercole
Why it's the best: Well, from my italian-biased taste point of view, Ercole is a damned good place. Not overly well known, one of those little "tucked in the corner" restaurants, it is my favorite because there is usually never a wait (you can also book a time and a table if you want), the service is fast and efficient, and the food is extremely good for the price. Most entree's cost between $15-$25 CDN, with appetizers well under $10 CDN. The servers are always smiling, will help with any special needs (ie allergies, disabled persons), and will most likely never screw up your order. But, if they do, and I've only had it happen once, you get a free desert
Now how freaken cool is that?

Cameron's Seafood on Colorado Bl in Pasadena. Best seafood anywhere. The scallops are to die for. Also, the manhattan clam chowder. Always good service. Pete, the owner, is a great guy. We eat there at least once a week.
couple of problems:
a) $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I don't got any
b) I don't have an S2K (and to spite some of you, STOOK!!!
) to drive down there in... heard the #1 highway down the coast can be.... fun....
