12. Employees work later since there's no longer a need to relax at the bar.

my last job had Samuel Adams keg on tap at all times.. not suppose to tap it before 4:30.. but not many followed that guideline.. even had some poker nights up there.. lots o fun. and the company had a monthly happy hour.. to bad they had to downsize.. all that stuff will likely go away.
