Buffalo Wings
I'm a girl... and I love having some wings and watching some sports (not all). I dunno why... but wings are just, ALWAYS craved, and when you find the right one's you like, they become addicting.

Speaking of Buffalo, have you ever had La Nova pizza? I get cravings for their steak pizza too. Steak-um, cheese, onions, shrooms, pepperoncinies, and that sesame crust, mmmmmm....

Applebees boneless wings are definetly tasty, especially when it's happy hour and they are half price, but the way to go is hot style with extra blue cheese, and a tall Killian's to wash them down with. Although nothing beats BW3's wings, they have a contest right now at one BW3 near me to try and eat 12 wings blazin' style in 6 minutes, I am going to try it one day.

I'm from Buffalo NY, home of the chicken wing. Anchor Bar on main Street is where the original wings were made. Coated with flour and deep fried. I don't know where thy get their wings, but they are huge!
Sauces come in mild, medium, hot, and suicidal. Normally sold in batches of 25 or 50, served on huge platters. Served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
If you go there prepare to wait to be seated. Typical corner bar atmosphere but if you get to Buffalo, it is worth the effort to go there.
Now I'm getting hungry.

If I wasn't starving I would've stayed.

Pre-heat oven to 350*
get some wings at the store, they are usually in once piece and you have to cut them apart at the knuckle. Dont get legs...they are not the same.
Wash them & pat them dry with paper towel.
Toss them in a bowl with some sort of oil, peanut, veggie, something with a nice high smoke point. NOT OLIVE oil.
Salt & Pepper, and put them on a cookie sheet.
cook them for 30-40 minutes or until skin is nice and brown.
Half a stick of butter and bottle of your sauce of choice in bowl, nuke it till the butter is melted. Mix to combine.
Take wings out of the oven, put them in a big bowl, toss in sauce, toss to coat and serve on a large platter with celery, blue cheese & several Ice cold Bud's (my personal choice for wings).
ENJOY!

So shoot me for not wanting to gnaw on something that was walking around a farm field.
I wish meat eaters had to hunt, clean, and prep all their own food.
