I was also confused by his response. My wife's family actually has a friend that didn't know chickens had bones. She ordered chicken at a restaurant and asked my mother-in-law what the hard part was. She refused to eat the rest. Stupid woman is in her 50's and didn't know this.
I don't think they see her much anymore.

I'm from Buffalo NY, home of the chicken wing. Anchor Bar on main Street is where the original wings were made. Coated with flour and deep fried. I don't know where thy get their wings, but they are huge!
Haven't been up there in a while, heard Main Street by the campus looks much different then it used to.
There is a place here in Red Bank, NJ called Cluck-U, they make these wings and call them 911 chicken, so hot that if you can eat just five of them and not take a drink for five minutes or something like that, then your picture goes on the wall. Many of my friends have tried, some succeeded, some failed, but in any case this stuff ripped their stomach apart so badly that the rest of the night's plans were ruined for them.
Me, I like the mind ones.

Last time we went by Buffalo, we stopped just to eat their wings. I took home 10 bottles of sauce.
