Batteries are only like 5 bucks, and you can change it yourself, ESPECIALLY on Tags because the case back is a screw type so a novice does not need to worry about scratches. However, a watch wrench is needed which costs several hundred bucks. Also, cleaning/overhaul on automatics are more expensive, because it is more intensive than a quartz movement.
