Holy shit....I would NEVER put those on any car unless I was trying to kill the driver.

Have the holes been hack bored out into eye's???? how the hell would you even get those on in a way that they wouldn't shake horribly?

i think the issue that we keep forgetting is that holes 110 mm from center will not EVER possibly in a million years line up to fit 114.3 hubs. so unless the holes were bored out evenly away from the center (which is not evidenced by the pictures, therefore is not a possibility) the rims wouldnt even come close to fitting. second, in your post in the NC forum (too lazy to link it), several members chimed in, including Airgate, the moderator and organizer of all dragon events (100+ S2000s) outer banks runs, etc. i have personally met airgate, mike and diego several times. and all of them were s2000 owners, and all of them owned these exact rims, not the same type of rims, THESE EXACT RIMS!! and there were one or two other owners before them that had the same rims on their s2000s. that totals to 4 or 5 different s2000s that these exact rims had been on. all of which had no modifications to anything to fit (except to roll fenders for fitment in the body itself). So dp. do you think you all of a sudden have a problem with these rims??? .

Please try to look at all sides when the evidence is so stacked against you.
maybe your lugs are bent, maybe you misaligned the wheel when installing them, who knows, did you try both sides? all four? maybe a previous owner trimmed down your lugs? was your car wrecked? body shop error?

mike is a great guy, and i hate to see slanderous remarks made on such a friendly board. maybe the rim is not specifically made by SSR for only the s2000 (although tire rack did confirm this) but we all know that with our offsets, the rim is not really made for that many other cars, so for it to fit so many other s2000s so nicely without modification, i think it would at least be safe to say that it was made for 5 different cars, of which the s2000 is one.

I normally dont chime in, but this is getting ridiculous, especially to happen to someone that i personally know.

Is it possible you need to pop the hubcentric ring off the wheels because you already have one on your hubs/car? I recently put some Mugen wheels on my Integra and ran into this problem. Try popping out that ring in the middle with a flathead screwdriver.

Try all 4 wheels?

From the pic it looks like there's a hubcentric ring:

P.S. proof that SSR doesnt label their wheels correctly. go to tirerack.com do tha configurator for an s2000. look at the SSR competitions in 18". then look at a closeup of the wheels, then look at a super closeup of the wheels. the rim clearly says 4x114. 114 is right but 4 isnt. there are clearly 5 bolt holes on the rim. therefore, your labels are incorrect and the rims ARE made for the s2000 or a similar automobile with 5x114 and a very large offset.

i believe mike deserves an apology.

Yeah those holes looked fvcked up. I wouldn't touch those rims. I'd be pretty pissed if someone sold them to me.

yeah thats way more likely than them just getting the wrong picture, or using a default picture on the website.
