Wow! Maybe I'm not from around here!
don't think I have much of an accent but people tell me I say "oot" and "aboot" which is funny because I don't hear it that way. I hear myself say it just like americans say it but it doesn't come out that my, weird. I don't say "eh" and I don't think most canadians do either. It's part of a heavy dialect that you'll find mainly in rural areas. City folk don't say "eh".

I rarely hear the "Canadian 'out"" but every once in a while... especially with someone from Northern Ont or the East coast.
