Candy
Where I work every few days some one comes around selling candy and crap for there school age kids. About half the time I buy some, and never eat the stuff just leave it in the break room. But darn getting tired of getting hit up every week for some school.

I had this one kid, probably around 10 or so, come into my work once and his pitch went something like this:
"Would you like to buy a DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELicious CANDY BAR?
I got into a semi-lengthy discussion with him about the price. He wanted $1.75 per candy bar, but if you bought 2 then its only $3. I told him he was gouging me and I wanted 1 for $1.50. I tried to argue that I should pay the same price for 1 as the my coworker next to me who bought 2. The kid wouldn't budge and lost my business.

If he's gonna be a door-to-door salesman he better learn to budge.
Just sell you one for $1.50 and give the next girl who is about to buy one for $1.75 one for 1.50 as well. Then he can tell her she gets a 25 cent discount for being so darn pretty.
Sounds like maybe YOU need to learn a little about negotiations too
That stuff is annoying. It's starting to get expensive. I had to spend 20 bucks on some damn coupon book. It has tons of good coupons, but I'm not going to go and look for them.
