Rubbing alcohol woud do it. But seriously, why? When I had my camera phone I would put it in my pocket, throw it on my seats, sit on it, drop it and let it freeze in my car. Thats not something I would do with a actual camera.
Just wipe it off with your sleeve, it will be fine.
