I spent half the day in court after a summons was issued to me for "failure to yield right of way".

It's kinda screwed up b/c I was traveling straight and a school bus turned in front of meand I hit him in the side at about 40mph anyway it's over ticket was dropped.

Here is a pic of my car that was a total loss. Still recouping from broken ribs and my back is f'd up, not to mention I have to go for a MRI after my emg results were not good and showed suspected nerve damage in my neck.

Anyways at least this ticket has been dismissed............ now on with the lawsuit.

charlie-

That's terrible. I'm sorry. I hope you fully recover and quickly. Were the injuries from the airbag? It sounds like it was the school bus driver's fault. Is there legal recourse against the school district? Did you get an attorney?

damn, glad those were dropped. I feel your pain and hope you get well. Took me a while to get fully healed (not even sure if I am).

I think that it's cleary obvious that you use Mr. Pockets to your full advantage in this case....
