As for the rubbing one out if your thinking or are tempted about cheating

 

Something close to your situation happened to me Simon, Married four years with one kid. I never figured out if she did cheat but her best friend swore up and down she did and even stoped talking too her. We were on down time for a week or so when it happened, she went back and forth saying she loved me and wanted to be with me then saying she didnt know. Needless to say I was in a diffrent world of depression for a good year 1/2 after it all. I got lucky cus she did screw me over on anything, probably because she knew what she did to me. I would have rather died then feel how I felt back then.

I hope you figure everything out, its true that only you can make these decisions but I say go your own way and start a new life with you and your kids. Keep strong man! Other people have been were you are!
