WTF I MISSED THE 1ST EPISODE OF THE NEW SERIES!!!???

 

hey, I was pretty impressed with it, it wasn't too bad. and DAYUM that chick is hot!

 

I liked it. A little slow in the beginning but it was cool.
And that chick is soooo hot. I was like 7 who??
That chick that kissed the Capt. was pretty hot too until she turned back into alien ugly..
The main problem is, that if this was the origina,l Kirk would have gotten laid twice in two hour show.

 

The intro totally threw me off, I'm mean, no monologue?!

That comm officer is going to drive me up the wall if they have her whining the entire time.

And what's with Klingons having red blood anyway?

I give them credit for trying a prequel with a series that has some raving fanatics out there to pick every little scene apart for "authenticity". I'm holding judgement for a while, I think every Star Trek series started off weak, we'll see what they can do with it.

 

The UPN station is replaying it Saturday at 8pm here in DC. Might be the same down in the backwoods.

It wasn't anything spectacular, but it was good.
It fixed everything problem the original had.
While it was a good "show", the original star trek didn't look good at all. I was never a fan of the original star trek anyway.
Flame all you want, it was stupid and ugly. This may not turn out to be a great show, but it's a good start.
