I'm not saying anything about the hiring standards but at least from what I've seen they're pretty good... you can read in to that however you want but the proof is in the pudding.

Can you believe that?? The ONLY other place I get that is at Nordstrom and I have never spent $7 at Nordstrom.

i only had it once, and it wasn't very good and i felt like i paid too much for it. i didn't notice the service. also not one anywhere near me i don't think.
in my area, i have a local deli i go to for sandwhiches. they cut everything right in front of me, know me by name, etc. very cool. other than that the only in-and-out type place i do is chipotle. when i lived in FL i did moe's. mmmm burritos...
