If you are making C's in your current situation that as you report involves memorizing text book information it does not bode well for a University setting that will tax your abilities.
Prove your worth to the target University by getting your grades up to no-less than a 3.0 average.
I would suggest completing your degree. If you want to pursue another degree afterward completing your current degree will take great strides toward minimizing your GPA.

That depends on how many grades you have.
One grade, easy to raise.
One hundred grades, vewwy, vewwy difficult.

Quarters are like 3 month periods, not semesters.
I have appointments with 2 universities here in Pittsburgh.
I will definitely check into the credit transfer situation.
I would like to continue but I will have a degree I dont want, and it will get me a job that I dont want either. I see no advantage. I feel like its wasting MORE time.
