Well you do shit on ppl and shit comes back at you. Somewhat Karma except the shit coming back at you was directly caused by a pissed off person . Seriously though, I feel no sorry for asshole cops if they die while being a dickhead.

There is a good reason why both the women are dead. I dont think the police officer wouldve killed them for any reason even if he felt trigger happy. There's more to this story.

There very well may be more to the story, but the cops are only going to release and obscure enough info to cover their own asses. When a cop has justly and rightfully killed someone in the line of duty to protect himself, details are usually very quickly released and are clear and cut reasons. Its obvious they are taking their time now to cover or justify this killing. This isnt the first time a trigger happy cop has shot and killed women and children.

So any witnesses or is it 1 cops word against 2 dead women? Cops do lie and sometimes their good ole boys will lie for them and even some cases "Cops Lie > Video Evidence".

Running a stop sign is not a criminal offense, its a minor traffic infraction....
Infractions are criminal offenses, as are misdemeanors and felonies. Infractions are low-level criminal offenses, to be sure, but they are criminal nonetheless.

But if "Speeding" is a criminal offense, them many officers are criminals and hypocrites as well because I know the poliec policies and procedures state that police lights MUST be on when exceeding any speed limit. Also, when a cop is not responding to a call or a situation, but puts his lights on to run a redlight, this is a criminal offense but they are almost always completely over looked.

I had a dash cam video once of a cop just deciding to run through a red in an intersection once, and I couldnt help but notice he ended up at a Starbucks only a couple blocks away. I turned this video into his supervisor and his response was "Oh well". Criminal? or do we have one law for cops and one law for everyone else? Last time I checked, the Constution did not contain a separate Bill of Rights for LEOs'.

Last time I checked, I would like to see documentation in your defense from various states stating other wise, that the Citation will specifically say "Non-criminal Infraction" or "Non-criminal offense".
I have no idea what this means.

Nowhere on the California Highway Patrol's Notice to Appear will you find the word "criminal", with or without the prefix "non-".

Also the clause staing "Does not require court appearance" also denotes that these are not criminal offenses.
It does no such thing. You commit a crime, you mail in your fine, and Bob's your uncle.

[QUOTE=Kyushin,Jul 24 2009, 09:52 AM]However, I do understand that afew states are pushing to make certain infractions criminal such as stop sign and redlight running.
