Philly and other major cities make their own rules up. NJ, Cali, and a few other screwball states do w/e they want and good luck.

And why? Cause assholes who shouldnt be voting in the first place let these ****ers keep giving the police money and money and more money just to give tickets. If there is no crime, there shouldnt be any addition of police or more pay. Read in your local paper about when your state gives police money, they even flat out say it is so that they can get more tickets to make more money. Big brother is watching and the police are their security.

 

In 4 years of living/driving there I never got pulled in Phila. After having a gf in Lebanon, NJ for 1.5 years, I was pulled over at least 4-5 times in Readington, NJ, just driving to and from her house.
