I do not have the statistics to back this up, but having lived in Saudi Arabia for 15 years, I can tell you that Middle East (and Saudi Arabia in specific) may perhaps be the largest market for GM cars after the US market itself.

Chevy is very popular there and Corvettes are considered desirable cars for the most part.

MSRP for that car was $48k plus I'm sure there were random markups by the dealership.
