Which credit card should I get?

i have an amex blue and a BoA card with a 15k limit. both have good customer service, with the AMEX card having better customer service than BoA. best advice would be to find something with a reasonable APR and a low limit to avoid temptation. i have a 15k limit on my BoA card and only carry a 1k balance.
