I remember when cops would carry 22's and shine for them at night for target practice.

At $10 a tail I would think some people were making a pretty good living collecting them. I understand they are pretty good to eat but I've never tried it.

Must be a slow news day. I had a rat that size living under my house in Chicago. Not something you are comfortable sharing living space with. Rats that size in New York can't be uncommon. The article even mentions they're not unusual in that housing project.
