Hey,
I am looking to sell my house and would like to get some advice on staging my living room.
The space is a little tricky, because the right side is the entry door and stairway, the left side is the french doors to the backyard, the front wall is a fireplace with TV nook and 2 tall windows, and the rear wall is open to the dining room and hallway to the kitchen.

I have attached a drawing pretty much to scale and included all of the furniture that i have available for the room. i am not opposed to adding a few pieces, but am trying to avoid a major furniture expenditure.

I am having a time figuring out if i should ditch the full couch and go with smaller loveseats, or if it is important for potential buyers to see a full couch in the space as that is what they will most likely have themselves.
