For starters, you haven't got a clue what you are talking about. We have some of the lowest import taxes and subsidies in the world. Perhaps you would like to try to export rice to Japan, then you'll find out about protectionism.

Deflation means that nobody wants to buy anything they can get cheaper next year. Millions of ordinary people have lost money in share and property market crashes. Your whole public sector is close to collapse with debts exceeding 150% GDP. You forget that I have lived in Japan and seen it for myself. Australia on the other hand has the highest economic growth and rate of productivity increase in the OECD. Want to talk about quality of life? It doesn't compare. I suggest that if you really hate Australia that much you 1. Are in the minority of Japanese people I have met, and 2. Should get the **** out of here and leave the rest of us in peace.

Jsw626 - Yes, I'm interested in the privacy screen ... What is the dimensions, and what is condition of the screen? I wouldn't mind buying off you if it's in good condition and you have no use for it.
