About how much do you think a new clutch would be for a 93 Del Sol? Just curious my girlfriend is looking at getting one and when I drove it, the clutch peddal seemed to rise a long way before it caught. Could be that i'm just used to my S. Any insight would be appreciated.

I used to have a 95 Del Sol VTEC. It received brutal use, 120k in 5 years, annual track events, revved just to hear the VTEC kick in. Anyway, had to replace the clutch and many associated hydraulic components at about 115k miles. Scott Robinson Honda (Torrance, CA) did the work (did a nice job) and it ran (are you ready?) about $1500. Sold it a few months later for about $8200. Still miss it but stook keeps me

Hey thanks for the reply. Sounds like the clutch has a pretty good bit left in it. The car only has 62,000 miles.
