I've used some public restrooms in European train stations that are a stall with a hole in the floor. YMMV.

I personally am creeped out by carpet in restooms.

 

I saw photos once of the restrooms at the Fiorano Ferrari Test Track.

The nicest restrooms I've seen stateside are the Snowbasin resort in Utah. Each toilet is in its own individual room, so you don't hear (or smell) all the nasty stuff happening in the other "stalls."

 

Those restrooms are beautiful. Everything is either marble or granite. I live about 20 minutes from there, it's almost worth the drive just to drop the kids off at the pool! Whenever someone visits from out of town and we go riding, the first place we stop - Snowbasin restrooms. The road up there is not too bad in the S either.

 

Nicest restroom I recall being in... Harrods in London.

Wierdest... some mall in Kuwait city. The bathroom was nice - marble and everything, but they only had a hose on the wall to wash your ass. I had to pull a stack of paper towels to finish the job. How the hell do they use that thing anyway wihtout getting water and leftovers all over the place?

Worst... also in Kuwait at some remote military outpost. Hole in the floor.

 

I been to Ireland, Sicily, Turkey, Frankfurt, and they are all the same.

Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, and other middle east countries dont do it like Westerns do. They dont sit on the toliet and dont use shat papers. They use their hand and water.

 

I think they also flush 1.3 times more then ours.

 

Hummm....I just see ice in the titty clubs in Mexico. Wonder where you have seen that? In Latin America you will see bathroom butlers all the time. Keeps it clean and smelling like a tropical drink.
