For those of you telling him:
1. Be patient
2. They are a big compnay
3. They deliver to others too you know
4. Their on time delivery is WTF%
5. My father in law is an employee and they are a good company
6. Don't be a whiner
7. Ground takes longer...no duh...they post ground delivery times also
You'll get yours (or not) one of these days...UPS will F*%& up your order in the very near future. Fed Ex is the only way to go....

FedEx has its problems, as well. There is no delivery company that has a flawless record. I personally have had more bad experiences with FedEx, and yet to have a bad experience with UPS. But I would never say FedEx is crap, or doesn't deserve your business. Go with whoever you like, but don't fool yourself into thinking the company you prefer is the only one that offers good service.
