Lift 3-5 days a week depending on schedule and soreness. My cardio is DDRmax on the Playstation 2, tons of fun, lots of sweat and yes, I am a huge dork.

I just actually went for a rollerblade...I try to go about 3 times a week now but used to go more like everyone else probably. As your schedule gets busier you have to devote more energy to working out more.

Depends on what you mean by work out.

I walk 2 miles/day 7 days a week, and I hit the gym every other day, and now that I took up cycling I rode 27 miles Sat and 26 miles Sunday.

I used to loathe working out (not activities, but just using the gym), but recently turning 31 and seeing the skinny people on TV and seeing that I was getting fat and soon to become a dad...I decided this would be my last chance to get into shape and if I didn't I'd end up dying early.

I've lost 13 lbs and am at my ideal body weight right now. I feel great!

For now trying to stay toned. Its the only way to relive a stressful day sometimes.
