Used to workout twice as much. I always find the time to workout.

Bench - 275lb x 5 (no max)
Leg press - 12 plates x 5 (not that great)
Incline dumbbell press 100lbs x 3
Eye exercise x 100 (looking at chicks at the gym)
Points per game - 3 (12 pt games) SUCKS, I'm more of a team player
Assist per game - 3
Rebounds per game - 7
Beers per drinking night - 7
Shots per drinking night - 4 Again, doing it for the team!

I wish I could work out more. I recently got a weight bench at home to work the muscles while i'm doing nothing at home. I just lift for like 30 min. a day like 3-4 times a week. I haven't tried maxing yet, but currently i'm doing 1 35lb. on each side (yes i'm weak! lol). Any tips on getting to bigger weights faster? Ideally i'd like to bench my body weight, 175lb.

As for cardio, I play league basketball. But that's over with until Sept. So now i've been veggin' out.

I work out 5 days a week. Weekends are off.

I do an hour of cardio those 5 days, with 2 of the days including light weights, abs, etc.

Shoulders, shoulders, shoulders!!!

I love working out shoulders. Very important. That's how you can tell if someone is a workout freak. A muscular back and shoulders is very intimidating at the gym.
I also know a person on this forum that skips shoulders. He wants to looks big but doesn't like working out shoulders. Muscular shoulders will balance your upper body. Have you ever seen people with big chest and no definition in their shoulders? Especially when they wear their tight muscle tshirts. Watch out for these people. Don't walk in front of them. They might fall on their face often, b/c they are unsymmetrical

3 times/week. It used to be 6 times/week for me, but I've cut cardio out of my routine entirely. I am suffering terribly for it too. I hate how work is constantly getting in the way of doing the things I enjoy - gym, organized sports, napping, watching movies, swimming, surfing, snowboarding, camping, hiking, eating, taking classes, tanning, going shopping, driving my car, sitting in the park, hanging out with friends, bicycling, juggling, reading, whoa, I'm getting way off topic. Sorry. Maybe it's time for me to retire and go hang with Ricky Wiliams. . .

I only bench about 40 on each side.. As long as the weight is challenging to you (ideally you'd like to do 4-8 reps before your muscles fail) then you don't have to worry about the weight... You'll slowly progress to more weight as you get stronger and your muscles grow.. of course, diet is important as well.. That's what I need to work on.. I think I workout enough but my eating habits are bad... need more protein.

To get a little more weight on though, I hear technique can make all the difference.. Make sure you are doing it properly to attain optimum results.
