I lift 4 times a week (chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/hamstrings, quads/calves) I also incorporate abs about every two or three workouts.

I golf everyday (walking 18 holes).

so you don't do lateral raises, overhead presses etc? just shrugs?
I'm not that serious so just shrugs seomtimes. I actually have naturally toned shoulder maybe from lots of swimming and waterpolo in hs but also lots of pushups. I love pushups and do them everyday and max myself out. Doing the pushups gives me a good form and I do look good with a tight shirt or cut off. I should work on my legs more ahhhh I'm being lazy this summer!!

I used to really try to hit the gym (weights and cardio) 5-6 days per week. I just followed conventional BB wisdom. I hit a brick wall with gains (size and strength) about 2 years ago. At 30 yo, 6'2 240 I felt that was it. Someone on S2ki recommended a book series by Stu McRobert called "Brawn". After reading and then implementing workout/diet plans in the series, I'm really seeing new gains. If your looking to get bigger and stronger check the series out.

The key is intense compound movements and proper recovery.

Used to workout twice as much. I always find the time to workout.

Bench - 275lb x 5 (no max)
Leg press - 12 plates x 5 (not that great)
Incline dumbbell press 100lbs x 3
Eye exercise x 100 (looking at chicks at the gym)
Points per game - 3 (12 pt games) SUCKS, I'm more of a team player
Assist per game - 3
Rebounds per game - 7
Beers per drinking night - 7
Shots per drinking night - 4 Again, doing it for the team!
you have great stats... i calculated your max bench for you just incase you ever wanna try doing it, so you know exactly how much to rack... your max is 316lbs (so basically 3 plates on each side) go try it and tell us if you pulled it off ... hopefully the calculation is right.

i should start a thread for bodybuilders on s2k... ppl post pics of themselves and have them critiqued by other members. sound good? (but then again most s2k ppl rather drive their cars than work out so im guessing it wont be too popular.) i cant start another hotties thread cuz ill just get locked out
