My wife thinks these car forums are cults

Every car I've owned has had some sort of "cult following".

98 Eclipse GS-T www.eclispeclub.com (this was from back in 1997)

It's funny. My friends make poke endless fun for posting here yet play "fantasy" baseball or football on the internet. I tell them it is no more sick than their fascination with sports (often that they don't even play in their leisure time). I ask them why they get so up in arms about sports when they barely play themselves???

At least most of the people on this board can say... hey i went and participated in a group drive or track event right...
