I've tried calling customer service but it was no help. My store that i'm in a heated battle with won't give me the district managers phone number only telling me his name is Jacob. Problem is I was lied to and have proof and they are doing a coverup.

Someone in the community has to know someone else. lol

 

Post on their Facebook page or other social media? Companies are pretty responsive to that kind of stuff these days and obviously that wouldn't be anyone local to you.

 

i got what i needed. i'll blow up their social media for fun later.

cliff notes- got lied to in the store and was out $200. GM promised credit, didnt do it, wasn't helpful, then today more than a month later customer service gave me my credit

 

That's one of the reasons we switched from Tmobile to verizon. Much, much better reception and service. Tmobile sucks.
