The Whey protein is really overrated as a mass adder. The best stuff on the market is Weight Gain 4000. Guarenteed to turn you into a beefcake!

Ok...this shit is way too complex for me...... I will just run this shit through my system and see what happens.... I run / bike 3-4 times a week which may be part of the reason I don't gain weight... i sweat too much..... and I don't enjoy overeating (unless it is pussy.... )....

ROIDS FTW!!!! I always wanted a zit covered back!
The basic things you can take away from this are:

1. EAT, EAT, EAT. To get bigger this is just as important as working out. Many recommend 5 medium sized meals a day.

2. Eat healthy, but don't worry too much about carbs/fat. The most important thing is to get plenty of protein, but don't do it by eating McD's double cheeseburgers all day.

3. Go to this website and make sure you're doing things right. EXRX Website

Years ago there was an article in the Los Angeles Times about an American who wanted to become a sumo wrestler.

Apparently prospective sumo wrestlers traditionally eat some sort of fish stuff to put on weight.

He hated the fish stuff.

He used spaghetti and beer to put on weight.

Take your protien right before and directly after your workout, that is when the body needs it the most to rebuild and repair.

Protein is a good meal replacement. Like the others said, its easy so u dont have to down 6 meals a day. If u want gains, u need to eat 6 meals a day, hands down, im damn positive, unless u have amazing genetics, u wont gain shit without eating what u need to eat. Lifting weights is like 30% and eating is the other 70%. Yea, Juice is stupid, unless u have crazy genetics, or dont have the discipline to eat to gain whatever ur looking for. Creatine, and all that other shit works ok, its all about that diet

Heavy cardio is good for nothing if ur trying to gain size and muscle as all your doing is burning your muscle, keep at the correct heart rate to burn the fat and keep the muscle. This is all my opinion, but anyone who knows, knows it works.

By biking that much you're doing two things: getting a healthy heart (good), and losing muscle (bad). You absolutely have to lift to maintain muscle mass if you want to do a lot of cardio. If you want to gain weight, you need to lift heavy and eat heavy (caloric surplus), yet clean with the appropriate balance between protein, carbs, and fat. If you want to lose fat but attempt to maintain muscle, you need to lift heavy and eat a clean caloric deficit. Running, biking, etc can aid in fat loss, but they are not as effective as lifting weights. Those fat asses spending 60 minutes on the treadmill every day trying to lose weight and doing nothing more are going about it completely wrong.

Ideally you want to be eating 5-7 smaller means/day, and a protein shake with some added carbs on the side is perfectly fine for one or two of these depending.

Carbs are basically mandartory to fill out. So u have that round shape, again, like previously stated, during the first half of the day though.
