I got this email today from someone that wanted to buy a part from the company i work with. Mind you that this guy has not purchased anything from this company before.

i would send one back to him with some good humor in it..
And then finding something to make him look dumb, then tell him because he wasted your time your going to raise the price another dollar.

And if you give that guy a discount then your just convincing him that talking to you like that works so he will continue to do so, SO DONT

 

Tell him that the real problem with America is entitlement, not lack of accountability.

 

Given you reflect the business in this situation, I would ignore sending back an a-hole response.

 

I'd give him a 10% discount and ship a round filter.

 

 

When I started reading this I thought it was an email that I've been getting here through the dealerships email alot. It's "someone" from Nigeria wanting to order a hundred or 2 spark plugs.

 

Or maybe tell him that the true problem in America is people like him.
