Even though I get a full 7-8 hours a sleep every night
Im guessing apnea... or your PREGNANT! jk..anyway, go to the doc and tell him whats up, they always give me some good shiot. In psychology i learned that you go through one rheam (sp??) of sleep every three hours and if you interrupt that process (say you sleep 7 instead of 6 or 7 instead of 9 hours) that it can really screw some peoples melatonic state up. Try sleeping for an even six or better yet nine.

, you'll have a hard time sleeping for a long time afterwards. remember the rule of thumb: "15 will get ya 20"on a more serious note, nobody has mentioned possible chronic fatigue syndrome. from what I've heard, that can be pretty hard to diagnose unless the symptoms are severe. let's hope your is a simple case of electrolyte imbalance that can be easily fixed with a change of diet, and less marijuana.
My sleep study ran about $1,500, most of which was covered by insurance.
If you have a good GP talk to him about this. After hearing everything he may recommend blood tests, a sleep study, or something else. Your insurance may require a referral from your doctor for the study.
And, yes, this can be very serious. Sleep apnea deprives you of oxygen, and that leads to premature loss of brain cells, greater risk of heart attack (and stroke, too, I think), and so on.

Well, I don't think it is my bed because I just bought a new one about a couple years ago. Spent *quite* a lot of money on it too.
It might be exercise. I'm a programmer so all I do is sit in front of the computer all day for 8 hours. But I am exercising with a personal trainer now. Hopefully that'll get me up and going in the morning.
Even as I type this, I just want to go home and pass out on my big comfy bed.
Argggh!! I'm being unproductive!!!
