I think it's completely fair what has transpired.

One of the things that separates pRon from art is the community standard for said community. If a community member finds something wrong, then it is.

the description in the article suggests some of the poses their kids were in were... uh... a bit off. i mean nudity in the bathtub is one thing... when they're out of the tub, having the kids posing together naked in various strange positions... that is odd. plus we're talking a LOT of pictures, from my understanding... not just one or two. i read the article a couple days ago from another forum, so i may be remembering wrong.

i see how it got flagged. however, i think a quick talk with the parents and kids would have gotten it all straightened out without it needing to go as far as it did.

the pics were of the kids in the bathtub and the other ones were of the kids wrestling each other when they got out of the tub which yeah, coulda looked liked child pron but talking with the parents woulda straightened out the situation which i dont think wal mart or the police really took the time to do. i was watching the interview last night and the parents said hey our door is open, we'll cooperate. they are suing not just walmart but also the police department (i think they'll lose the walmart suit too) they're suing on the grounds that walmart didnt post a sign saying they may turn in your pics to the police... which i think is stupid because aren't photo developers mandatory reporters? and i think they're trying to get the police department for damages which i think they stand a chance of winning because the police did act stupidly and they didn't exercise very good judgement

It's not compulsory for mandated reporters to state who they are prior to suspected infraction.

There are no signs in front of schools either. . .

Not sure if you are joking around or not but did you on average it costs over $2 extra a month on your electric bill per digital picture frame? We have three of them and have quit using them all. It adds up after a while.
