So I guess I'll have to remove the pic we have in the house that has one of our children (with diaper on but you can't see it) in an old fashioned tub?

I wonder how many actual sickos who collect child pr0n got away because those concerned and law enforcement could not assess this situation properly?

Walmart were doing their job to be fair. It may seem stupid, but do you want a walmart employee to make ANY kind of decision of their own? No, of course you don't, which is why they are told to report everything without inserting any kind of thought process. The real villains here are the idiot police, and if I were the parents, I would be going after the job of the section chief for this. They should rape the police department for everything they can get, teach them a lesson. The police are always keen to make an example. Someone should make an example of them...

Yeh, you'll have to forgive me for not being from the 'sue you!' culture. I wouldn't sue someone I didn't blame, no matter how much I thought I would get. I guess that makes me an idiot. But a moral idiot. Morality makes me happy, money will not (or so I am reliably told).

Man, don't worry, I completely see where you're coming from, I dread to think what I would do if someone took my kids!!!

I just think Walmart is not the one to blame (ultimately). Walmart doesn't have the power to bring in child services... jus sayin.

What this couild lead to is genuine child pr0n pics showing up at walmart, and they decide NOT to report it, for fear of being sued. This is the flip side of the 'sue' culture. People living in fear. Something the constitution is dead set against, if I'm not wrong.
